Online Training and Membership
Northwest Powerhouse Weightlifting Club Inc Online Training can be cancelled at any time.

Please allow 2-3 business days for account and payment to be deactivated.
Once account is deactivated you will loose your ability to access all ‘member only’ areas of the website. You will stop receiving check-ins from the trainer and you will not receive any further programs or nutritional guidance.
If your membership is cancelled within 7 days of your last payment you may request a refund by contacting northwestpowerhouse.qld@gmail.com.
You can reapply for online training and the membership at any time and continue your health and wellness journey.
Refund Policy
A refund for the purchase of a membership can be requested within 7 days of purchase by contacting northwestpowerhouse.qld@gmail.com
Failed Payment Policy
If a payment fails to be received, we shall contact you to discuss further options. If we cannot contact you and no payment has been received in 7 days your membership shall be cancelled. You can sign up again any time you want through the website.
Safety Protocols
We take your safety seriously and we hope that you will to. When exercising please make sure you have the appropriate equipment recommended. Please make sure you are in a safe space. Please make sure your equipment is up to standard. Please have your phone near you in case of injury. Please arrange to check in with someone after you finish so they will be alerted if you are injured.
